  • Prices displayed on the website are retail prices and include GST.

    Some items are only available in a minimum product quantity (due to packaging); items this applies to are specified on the items individual description page. 

    Prices for purchasing in larger multiples are available as a discount, where specified.

  • Shipping costs are additional and calculated upon the final cart size (volume and weight). Minimum shipping for Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, ACT and South Australia is $40. Minimum shipping for the Northern Territory, Tasmania and Western Australia is $70. 

    Please note should your order include larger, bulkier items such as furniture or mirrors that then higher shipping costs may be incurred (this will be calculated prior to order finalisation for you).

    Shipping is undertaken by AusPost and StarTrack Express. A shipping number or tracking number will be provided with your order confirmation. Shipping to metro areas is usually next-day, with regional deliveries taking 2-3 business days. 

    Items are dispatched from our warehouse daily (Monday-Friday) on a first-come order basis. Orders are typically processed within one to two days of receipt. 

    Deliveries can only be made to residential and commercial locations and cannot be made to PO boxes. All deliveries require signature upon receipt unless an Authority to Leave has been provided via your shipping provider (AusPost or StarTrak) or you’ve provided us with permission to do so in your shipping information. 

    Orders can be collected from our warehouse upon request, please contact us at hello@labodastyling.com.au in advance of placing your order. 

    Sorry, but we do not currently ship outside of Australia. 

  • If your order contains any bulky goods, there will be an additional delivery charge of $XXX. This covers the additional expenses related to moving these items to your address.

  • Payments can be made via credit card only (MasterCard or Visa) and will be processed at time of order. 

    There are no credit card processing fees. 

    Please note, we don’t accept AMEX. 

  • Any visible damage to products upon arrival should be immediately notified to us via hello@labodastyling.com.au within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please provide your order number, product information and evidence of damage or fault. 

    Refunds, credits or replacements will be facilitated appropriately. We reserve the right to offer a replacement before issuing a refund or credit. 

    Please note, we do not offer refunds on change of mind. 

  • All products displayed on our website are available, unless listed as backorder or coming soon. Products listed as coming soon should have their anticipated date of arrival displayed. If you order an item on backorder, your items will be dispatched as soon as possible. 

  • All products are packaged for transit; while we endeavour to minimise excess packaging it prevents items being delivered damaged. 

  • We like to think of the planet as much as you do! 

    We’re actively working with our suppliers to reduce our impact from packaging, production processes, shipping and our warehouse operations.
